Hello to all perspective immigrants Apologies for not doing our regular blog: since the beginning of January this year, we have noticed a massive increase in the number of requests for information on immigrating to both Australia and New Zealand.
The increase is across the board: from your young newly qualified person to CEO’s of companies. The major reason people are giving is: security of their future: for themselves and most of all, for their children. I am not talking about physical security; I am talking about their work future for themselves and the future of their children.
As with other agencies, I’m certain, this increase has placed pressures on current staff and new staff being employed and trained with necessary skills needed to assist the individual and families in this life changing decision. As I am a licenced agent for both Australia and New Zealand, if we are unable to assist with one country we are usually able to assist with the other.
After being in business for twenty five years, and immigrating close to 9000 families, we are proud of our record of success and level of customer service. However, I have recently noticed one or two clients, having issues on social media with the procedures required for a successful migration. These particular clients have either not handed in the requested documentation or have decided to travel with incomplete documents.
Surely, if you hire a licensed agency, procedures should be followed and if they aren’t, problems will arise. We ask clients to remember that their urgency to get to their country of choice is not going to speed up the process. The government bodies involved need a certain amount of time to process any application and the only way we can expedite that is ensuring that all documentation presented is 100% correct.
Work with your agent and follow their advice and you will have less stress . I am proud of our track record and my colleagues’ efforts and hard work, with assisting people with this, often stressful and difficult task. My clients have access to me, directly, at all times, and we remain committed to successful outcomes and excellent service.
With two main offices in South Africa, we feel well equipped to be able to service current and potential clients’ needs. If you would like a free assessment on your eligibility to migrate to either Australia or New Zealand, please either fill in the online assessment form or send us your CV. Have a great week Yours sincerely Andrew John Kerr
